The paintings are securely packed and insured for door to door delivery with a tracking number. For paintings in size 60x60 cm (23x23") or larger, a custom-made wooden case is required for the painting, so an additional delivery time of one week must be expected. Packaging cost is included in the delivery fee. Please note that approximately 50% of the delivery cost is allocated to safe packing of the artwork. Customs and import taxes in your country are not included as it depends on which country the artwork will be shipped to.

For an undamaged painting, simply return it in the original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you received the product. You must cover the cost of the return shipment.  

You will be offered a refund based on the original payment method after payment has been received and the painting is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
