ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Everything returns. In an eternal circle of creation, destruction, and rebirth, "Ouroborus" carries a visual and symbolic power that reaches deeper than the eye can see. Two faces meet – identical, yet separate – like mirror and shadow, beginning and end.
The clouds around them are in motion, like burning thoughts or dissolving memories. Between them: a space of silence and glow. An interval filled with possibility, intention – and recognition. Who do we see when we look at the other? And who are we, in that meeting?
The artist created "Ouroborus" with a heightened awareness of duality: the feminine and the masculine, the conscious and the unconscious, the transient and the eternal. The work is a symbolic space for reflection – on the cycles we live within, the relationships that shape us, and the transformations we continuously undergo.
